ST-P-80-28 <br /> <br />PHEREASr a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on lone Street from Rose Place to Oak- <br /> <br />crest Avenue and Rose Place from Irene Street to Cohansey <br /> <br />Street by the installation of sto~ sewer, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutterr bituminous paving and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on August 25, 1980, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br /> <br />thereby pursua.nt to l1.innesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THE~EFORE..
