Johns:1n, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. <br />;___'l-.n"'___n ::Inn H,P fnl1nwinO' WPTP. ~h"pnt· "'T~~~ <br />u '-J"'....L.l.o.J'Io.,J.l.J,. , -....- ....- ...-......-.. .....l:> ,- -...- -........,-...... l~UllC::. <br /> <br />Member Wi ski <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9250 <br />AUTHORIZATION FOR 1996 ROSE PARADE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has held the annual Rosefest Celebration for the past fifteen <br />years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, Parks and Recreation Department, supervises the planning <br />and staging of the parade by the Rose Parade Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City continues to support wholesome family fun and community activities; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville, will present the 1996 <br />Rose Parade on Monday, June 24, 1996 beginning at 6:30 p.m. as a part of the 1996 Rosefest <br />Celebration. <br /> <br />BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville authorizes the Rose <br />Parade Committee, under the supervision of the Roseville Parks and Recreation Dept., to <br />organize and host the Rose Parade. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goeà~ke <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, ~oedeJ<e, <br />Wiski 1 and V. .Johnson.
