<br />700 J"I <br /> <br />7DtJ 9) <br /> <br />'/ C> / 0. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held September 8, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th <br /> <br />day of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. ro. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the <br /> <br />fol10wing were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held on <br /> <br />August 25, 1980, Councilman Curley then introduced the <br /> <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7008 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />CONSOLIDATED IMPROVEMENTS SS-W-ST-P-78-29 and ST-SW-79-4 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rose- <br /> <br />ville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
