Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: September 8, 1980 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: t1ayor Demos and Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Franke and Kehr; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7016 RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING ASSEsS~mNTS FOR IMPROVEr~NT NO. SS-W-79-20 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this time for Improvement No. ss-w-19-20 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and notice has been duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council would meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objec- tions, if any, and said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an oppor- tunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assessments. 2. This Council, having heard and considered all objec- tions so presented at a public assessment hearing on August 25, 1980, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that each of the lots, pieces and parcels of land enumerated in the pro- posed assessment was and is specially benefited by the construc- tion of said improvement in not less than the amount of the
