<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the city Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day <br /> <br />of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Council- <br /> <br />men Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7021 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT p-80-29 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville including all that property on Lydia Avenue <br /> <br />from Hamline Avenue to Snelling Avenue by the installation of <br /> <br />concrete eurb and gutter, bituminous paving, drainage, and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted property <br /> <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br /> <br />to Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
