<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the city Council <br />of the city of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day <br /> <br />of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Council- <br /> <br />men Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson; and the fOllowing were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7022 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT ST-80-30 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the city <br /> <br />of Roseville including all that property between Bennett Lake and <br /> <br />County Road B-2 bounded by Lexington Avenue and victoria Avenue <br /> <br />by the construction of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, <br /> <br />and the acquisition of easements, and to assess the benefitted <br /> <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> <br />pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. <br /> <br />Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
