<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, 1-1innesota <br /> <br />Held: September 8, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br /> <br />on Monday, the 8th day of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members \'lere present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7025 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-80-l2 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6995 <br />DATED AUGUST 25, 1980 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, that Resolution No. 6995 adopted August 25, 1980, <br /> <br />entitled "Resolution Receiving Report and providing for Public <br />Hearing on Improvement No. UL-80-l2" be and is hereby amended <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph 2 of said resolution is amended to read as <br />follows: "The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on October 13, 1980, at 7:30 olclock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- <br />posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week <br />apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three <br />days before the date of the hearing." <br />
