<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />. . . . * . . . . * . <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on theSthday of December; <br />1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, wi ski, and V. <br />Johnson , and , and the following were absentNone. <br /> <br />Member I-1aste[1troduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9252 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1996 RECYCLING FEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is dedicated to providing residents curbside recycling; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Ordinance No. 1098 which authorizes the <br />Council to establish a fee for the collection of curbside recyclables; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br />hereby establish a recycling fee of $1.34 per household per month which shall be paid by <br />all single family, duplex, triplex, four pIe x, and townhouse unit properties in the City of <br />Roseville beginning January 1, 1996. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this fee shall be included on the City's quarterly utility <br />statements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Goedeke I and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />a 11 ¡:resent I and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
