Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of city of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: September 8, 1980 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 8th day of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Kehr and Franke i and the following were absent: None Councilman Anderson introduced the following reso- lution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7027 RESOLUTION RELATING TO PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVENENT NO. M-80-l5 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6997 DATED AUGUST 25, 1980 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota that Resolution No. 6997 adopted August 25, 1980 entitled "Resolution Receiving Report and Providing for Public Hearing on Improvement No. M-80-l5" be and is hereby amended as follows: 1. Paragraph 2 of said resolution is amended to read as follows: "The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on October 13, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing." 2. The form of notice of hearing set forth in paragraph 3 of said resolution is amended by striking the date "22nd day of September, 1980" in the third line of said notice and substituting
