<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: september 8, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 8th day of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7028 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PIJU~S AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR U1PROVENENT NO. UL-80-l2 <br /> <br />MiEREAS, the City Council has established the time and <br />place for a public feasibility hearing on Improvement No. <br />UL-80-l2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council wishes to expedite the completion of <br />Improvement No. UL-80-l2; <br /> <br />NO\'1 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Public Works <br />Director is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council <br />final plans and specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and <br /> <br />the following voted against the same: None; whereupon the <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
