<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, I>tinnesota <br /> <br />Held: September 8, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 8th day of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absen t: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the fOllowing resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7029 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-80-13 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has established the time and <br />place for a public feasibility hearing on Improvement No. <br />UL-80-l3; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council wishes to expedite the completion of <br />Improvement No. UL-80-l3; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Public Works <br />Director is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council <br />final plans and specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon the resolu- <br />tion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
