EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD SEPTEMBER 22, 1980 * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was held in said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on Monday the 22nd day of September, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Franke and Kehr and the following were absent: None Member Curl ey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7031 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1981, and ending December 31, 1981. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Council has determined and adopted the following estimates of proposed expenditures for the various purposes therein named and set forth for the conduct of business of the City of Roseville for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1981 and ending December 31, 1981; and that the same shall constitute the official annual budget for the City for said fiscal year.
