EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 22, 1980 * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on Monday, the 22nd day of September, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Franke and Kehr and the following were absent: None its adoption: Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 7033 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLF COURSE BONDS, WATER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS AND GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $20,100 in the Golf Course Debt Retirement Fund resulting in the transfer from revenues received from the Golf Course Operations; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $100,000 in the Water Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated and in the transfer of revenues received from the Water Operating Fund; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $19,100 in the Sanitary Sewer Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $125,000 in General Improvement Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated, and balances from completed construction funds; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that 1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1980 tax levy for Golf Course Bonds - 1967 by $20,100 from $20,100 to -0-.
