EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL - HELD September 22, 1980 * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Franke and Kehr and the following were absent: None Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7034 WHEREAS, on July 23, 1979, by Resolution No. 6854, the City did approve the vacating of a portion of Wagner Street from Western Avenue 200 feet west with certain conditions being est- ablished for said vacation; and WHEREAS, said conditions were not met as set forth in Resolution No. 6854; and WHEREAS, the adjacent land uses are now being utilized differently than that which was presented to the City on July 23, 1979, causing the original consideration for a vacation of that portion of Wagner Street; and WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to retain this portion of Wagner Street as a public roadway; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby voids the vacation of a portion of Wagner Street originally approved for vacation on July 23, 1979, via Resolution No. 6854 for that portion of Wagner Street lying west of the westerly line of Western Avenue and 200 feet west of the western line of Western Avenue, because the conditions in Resolution No. 6854 were not met. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor: All present and the following against: None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
