<br />Extract of Hinutes of ~eeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ~eeting <br /> <br />of. the City Council of the City of Roseville, Hinnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on ~1onday, the 22nd <br /> <br />day of SepteIDber, 1~80, at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The follo~Jing members were present ~ Hayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke, and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and rngved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION no. 7035 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS A~ID ORDERING <br />PROCUREMENT OF COST ESTIMATES <br />FROH NORTHERN STATES POWER COHPANY <br />ON IHPROVENENT UL-80-l2 <br /> <br />l~HEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on September 8, 1980, the City Public Porks Director has <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for Improvement UL-80-l2 <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br /> <br />for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THr CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />llINNESOTA' <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications; copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereofr are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City shall procure cost estinates from Northern <br />States Power Company for ImproveIDent No. UL-80-l2. <br />
