<br />Extract of Hinutes of Heeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd <br />day of September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following rneznbers were present. Hayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent. None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following reao1ution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7036 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS A~ID <br />SPECIFICATIONS A~m ORDERING <br />PROCUREMENT OF COST ESTI~1ATES <br />FROr1 NORTHERN STATES POl'1ER COf1PANY <br />ON IHPROVErmNT UL-80-l3 <br /> <br />t~IEREAS, pursuant to resolution pasaed by the City Council <br /> <br />on September 8, 1980, the City Public Works Director has <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for Improvement UL-80-13 <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br /> <br />for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />IUNNESOTA ~ <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City shall procure cost estimates from Northern <br />States Power Company for Improvement No. UL-80-l3. <br />
