Hayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent~ None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the fOllowing resolution~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7037 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AnD ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEr-~ENT FOR BIDS at! <br />Il1:PROVmmNT rl-80-15 <br /> <br />t'J1!EREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on September B, 1980, the City Public Works Director has pre- <br /> <br />pared plans and specifications for Improvement ~1-80-15 and <br /> <br />has presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br /> <br />for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />rnrmESOTA' <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached heretoy and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2, The City Hanager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construc- <br />tion Bulletin, an advertise~ent for bids upon the making of such <br />
