<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />July 14, 1980, a revised report has been prepared by the City <br /> <br />Public Works Director ~rith reference to the improvement, and <br /> <br />this report was received by the Council on September 22, 1980; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, 11innesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of <br />all property affected by said requested improvement in accord- <br />ance with H.S.A. Sec. 429.03l(3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered <br />as proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon roll call vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof~ <br />All; and the following voted against: None; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
