Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City l1anager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construc- <br />tion Bulletin, an advertisewent for bids upon the making of <br />such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for <br />Improvement SS-W-P-77-3C shall be published as required by <br />law, shall specify the work to he done, shall call for bids <br />on the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that <br />the bids will be received by the Ci ty l~anager and Public Norks <br />Director until o'clock .m. on October 23, 1980, at <br />which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by <br />the City Manager and City Public Norks Director, will then be <br />tabulated, and will subsequently be considered by the Council, <br />and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed <br />\'Tith the Hanager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified <br />check or bid bond payable to the r~nager for ten percent of <br />the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor" All; and the fOllowing <br /> <br />voted against~ None; whereupon said resolution was declared <br /> <br />duly passed and adopted. <br />
