ST-P-80-32 <br /> <br />~rr!EREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Rosevil1e on Bel~ont Lane from Hamline Avenue to <br /> <br />Pascal Street by the installation of storm sewer, concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutter, bituminous paving, and necessary appurtenances, <br /> <br />filed with the Council on September 22, 1980, is hereby declared <br /> <br />to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Ninnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIm CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA- <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council <br />
