It's always been handled internally and, <br />therefore, the estimated interest charge would be the statutory <br />one of 8% for that one year for those who fail to pay during <br />that 30-day period. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Any written statements? <br /> <br />MR. GEORGE POL: I'm President of the parkview Terrace <br />Association. We initiated the petition to have the street light at <br />Oxford and County Road C installed. We believe that most of our <br />people are in favor of having it there and we sincerely believe that <br />there is a real hazard at that corner, and we urge that the light <br />be put in as soon as possible. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Thank you. UL-80-l2 <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO <br />MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />UL-80-l2 consisting of the installation of ornamental street <br />lights in the general area bounded by Woodhill Drive on the north, <br />County Road C on the south, Lexington Avenue on the west, and <br />Victoria Avenue on the east, as described in the Notice of Hearing <br />at a cost presently estimated at $4,300.08, and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof <br />which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having <br />considered the views of all interested persons and being fully <br />advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and <br />order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, <br />and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to <br />said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed <br />
