EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 5th day of December, 1995 at 5:30 P.M. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wi ski, V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9254 RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A ONE OPERATOR BEAUTY SALON AT 1160 ROSELAWN AVENUE. WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.357, the City of Roseville has adopted zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and WHEREAS, said regulations provide that a one operator beauty salon may be allowed within the confines of a R-l Single Family Zoning District as a conditional use; and WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use permit for a one operator beauty salon has been requested by Karen Alberg of 1160 Roselawn Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended approval of such conditional use permit subject to certain conditions on November 8, 1995; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council considered such conditional use permit at a public hearing held on December 5, 1995. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit for a one operator beauty salon within a R-l zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: 1 T"""'\......,C_.:__ .Lt........ Stipulating that there shall be no more than two client cars at a time and that those cars must be parked off street. 3. That the conditional use permit is issued to the applicant only and shall automatically expire upon the sale of the property. 4. That there shall be no product sales on the site except sale of products to individuals at the time the service is rendered if appropriate.
