Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Rosevi11e Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: October 13, 1980 ~ursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'c1ock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson and the following were absent: None Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7047 RESOLUTIO~ RECEIVInG REPORT AND ~ROVIDING FOR ~UBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEME~TT NO. P-79-2l BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted December 31, 1979, the Council has directed Short, Elliott, Hendrickson and Associates, City Con- sulting Engineers to prepare a pr.eliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property on Long Lake Road from County Road C to Terminal Road, and Terminal Road from Long Lake Road to Walnut Street by the reconstruction of street, curb and gutter and necessary appur- tenances. The conSUlting engineers were also directed to in- clude in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been sUbmitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement no. P-79-2l.
