<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city ~ouncil of <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held~ October 13, 1980 <br /> <br />ryursuant to due call and notice thereof, the city Council <br />o-p the City of ~oseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 13th day of October, 1980, at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were nresent~ Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent ~ ~~ol.le <br /> <br />~ouncilman Anderson introduced the fOllowing resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7048 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND :f:'ROVIDING <br />FOR ?UBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />foll0\1s ~ <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted February 25, 1980, the Council has <br />directed the ?ublic Works Director to ?repare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property On Gluek Lane, Gluek Lane North, and Gluek <br />Lane South by the installation of bituminous ?aving, concrete <br />curb and gutter, necessary drainage, and necessary appurtenances. <br />The Dublic ~Jorks Director was also directed to include in the <br />report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as <br />to whether such im?rovement should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report <br />and cost esti~~te have been submitted and considered by the <br />Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on <br />file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement ?ro- <br />posed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report <br />is designated as Improvement No. P-80-2 <br />
