<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROvm~ENT NO. P-80-2 <br />CITY' OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 17th day of November, 1980, <br />at 7~00 o'clock p.m., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Cha~ter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-80-2 including all that property on Gluek <br />Lane, Gluek Lane North, and Gluek Lane South by the install- <br />ation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, necessary <br />drainage, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all <br />sUbstantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to pUblic inspection in the <br />office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$305,447.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following~ <br /> <br />All those lots in Midway Acres Addition <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated~ October 13, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
