Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey county, Minnesota Held: October 13, 1980 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the city of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of OctOber, 1980, at 1:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson and the following were absent: None Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution NO. 1049 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SO-16 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted June 23, 1980, the council has ttirected the City Public tiforks Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement inCluding all that property on Oxford street from Woodhill Drive to county Road C-2 by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bit- uminous paving, drainage facilities, right-of-way acquisition, and necessary appurtenances, and all that property on Judith Avenue from Oxford street, easterly to Aglen Avenue by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances. The PUblic Works Director was also directed to include in the report the .st~ted cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with same other improvement. The preliminary report and cost eSi:imate have been aubmitted and considered by the council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner Ile1: forth in the report is designated as Im.p~i: No. ~-9o-16.
