<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-l6 <br />CI TY OF ROSEVILLE, MImmSOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 17th day of November, 1980, <br />at 1:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-BO-l6 including all that property on Oxford <br />Street from Woodhill Drive to County Road C-2 by the install- <br />ation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, drainage <br />facilities, right-of-way acquisition, and necessary appurtenances, <br />and all that property on Judith Avenue from Oxford Street, east- <br />erly to Aglen Avenue by the installation of concrete curb and <br />gutter, bituminous paving, drainage facilities and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all sUbstantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the city Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the tmprovement is presently estimated at <br />$218,810.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Oxford Street from <br />Woodhill Drive to County Road C-2 <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />All that property abutting Judith Avenue from <br />Oxford Street, easterly to Aglen Avenue <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: October 13, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY CDUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
