<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Rosevil1e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />He1d~ October 13, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Ball <br />on Monday, the 13th day of OctOber, 1980, at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent~ None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7051 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO!\T RECEIVIr-TG REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-19 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted July 14, 1980, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the Eeasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property on Churchill Street from Woodhil1 Drive to <br />County Road C-2 by the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, drainage and necessary appurtenances. <br />The PUblic Works Director was also directed to include in the <br />report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as <br />to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary <br />report and cost est~te have been sUbmitted and considered by <br />the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed <br />on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement <br />proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the <br />report is designated as Improvement No. P-80-l9. <br />
