<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IM~ROVEMENT NO. ST-P-80-2l <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />mOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Rosevi11e, Minnesota. will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 17th day of November, 1980, <br />at 7~OO o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. ST-P-80-21 including all that property bounded <br />by County Road B on the north, Eldridge Avenue on the south, <br />Ham1ine Avenue on the east, and a line 130 feet west of Pascal <br />on the west, by the installation of storm sewer, bituminous <br />surfacing. concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a pre- <br />liminary engineering report which is now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$151.829.00.
