By resolution adopted August 25, 1980, the ~ouncil has <br />directed the ~ity >ublic ,",Torks Director to nrepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feas:i_bility of a proposed inlorovement incJuding <br />all that property on I.ovell Avenue frow ft. Albans Street to <br />Grotto street by the installation of concrete curb and gutter. <br />bituminous naving. sanitary se~,o]er servi.ces, water services, and <br />necessary ap,?urtenances. The "')ublic ':'Jorks Director was also <br />directed to i'lclude in the report the estimated cost of the <br />proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve- <br />ment. The nreliminary report and cost estimate have been sub- <br />mitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved <br />and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City <br />Manager. The imoroveroent ~rOPosed to be made in the general <br />manner set forth in the re~ort is designated as Improvement <br />No. ss-rT-"?-80-?6. <br />
