<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-80-26 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESO~ <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 17th day of November, 1980, <br />at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-80-26 including all that property on <br />Lovell Avenue from St. Albans Street to Grotto Street by <br />the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous <br />paving, sanitary sewer services, water services, and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is all sUbstantially in accord- <br />ance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on <br />file and open to pUblic inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$52,300.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the i mprove- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />Arbell Addition <br />Lots 9 through 16, Block 2 <br /> <br />O'Neil Addition <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block 1 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: October 13, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
