<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: October 13, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 13th day of Octobe~, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7054 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING RE~ORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-l0 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted April 14, 1980, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property on Minnesota Avenue from Dale Street to Rice <br />Street by the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete <br />curb and gutter, watermain, miscellaneous drainage and appur- <br />tenances. The public Works Director was also directed to include <br />in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement <br />and as to whether such improvement should best be made as pro- <br />posed or in connection with some other improvement. The prelim- <br />inary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered <br />by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed <br />on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement <br />proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the <br />report is designated as Improvement No. P-80-10. <br />
