<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 27th day of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: One vacancy <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the .following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7055 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. S'1I-80-14 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted April 28, 1980, the Council has <br />directed the City PUblic Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property in the general area bounded by County Road B <br />on the north, 500 feet south of Fairways Lane on the south, 550 <br />feet west of Fairways Lane on the west, and 200 feet east of <br />Fulham Street on the east by the installation of storm sewer <br />and necessary appurtenances. The PUblic Works Director was also <br />directed to include in the report the estima~d cost of the <br />proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve- <br />ment. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been sUb- <br />mitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved <br />and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City <br />Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general <br />manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement <br />No. S'1'-80-l4. <br />
