<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. S'1'-80-l4 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 17th day of November, 1980, <br />at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. 5'1'-80-14 including all that property in the <br />general area bounded by County Road B on the north, 500 feet <br />south of Fairways Lane on the south, 550 feet west of Fairways <br />Lane on the west, and 200 feet east of Fulham street on the <br />east by the installation of storm sewer and necessary appur- <br />tenances. The foregoing is all sUbstantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file <br />and open to pUblic inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$156,200.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />Unplatted Land Parcel No. 79-01700-012-01 <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />All of Fairways SUbdivision <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
