<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city Council of <br />City of Rosevil1e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />He1d~ October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the city Council <br />of the City of Rosevil1e met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 27th day of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: One vacancy <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution ~nd <br />moved its adoption~ <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7056 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-~r1-ST-P-80-24 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted August 25, 1980, the Council has <br />directed the City PUblic Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property on Dellwood Avenue southerly from Josephine <br />Road 600 feet more or less to end of cul-de-sac by the instal- <br />lation of watermain, storm sewer, sanitary sewer services, <br />concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving and necessary ap- <br />purtenances. The PUblic Works Director was also directed to <br />include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br />ment and as to whether such improvement should best be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The <br />preliminary report and cost estimate have been sUbmitted and <br />considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed <br />to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The <br />improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set <br />forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P-80-24. <br />
