<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-80-24 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINt-1ESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the l7th day of November, 1980, <br />at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P-80-24 including all that property <br />on Dellwood Avenue southerly from Josephine Road 600 feet <br />more or less to end of cul-de-sac by the installation of <br />watermain, storm sewer, sanitary sewer services, concrete <br />curb and gutter, bituminous paving and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is all sUbstantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open <br />to pUblic inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$2l7,6l0.l5.
