<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 27th day of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mnyor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, and Franke <br /> <br />:.(~',..; ':he following were absent: One vacancy <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the fOllowing resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7057 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-BO-27 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of th"') Cit:l l.:E Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted August 25, ]980, the Council has <br />directed the City PUblic Works Director to pr.e~are a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed impro\i?:nent inclndtng <br />all that property on Eldridge Avenue from Hamline Avenue to <br />Pascal Street and Pascal Street from Eldridge Avenue to Belmont <br />Lane by the installatioIl C1fconrete curb and gutter, bituminous <br />paving and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director <br />was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost <br />of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate <br />have been sUbmitted and considered by the Council and are hereby <br />approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the <br />Ci ty Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the <br />general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- <br />ment No. p-80-27. <br />
