<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice ~hereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Rosevi11e met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 27th day of October, 1980, at 7:30 o~clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present e Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: One vacancy <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7058 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. S~P-80-32 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted September 22, 1980, the council has <br />directed the City PUblic Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibili~y of a pr.oposed improvement including <br />all that property on Belmont Lane from Hamline Avenue to Pascal <br />Street by the installation of storm sewer, concrete curb and <br />gutter, bituminous paving, and necessary appurtenances. The <br />PUblic Works Director was also directed to include in the report <br />the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been sUbmitted and considered by the Council and <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be <br />made in the general manner set fo~h in the report is designated <br />as Improvement No. S~P-8o-32. <br />
