<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. S~P-80-32 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 17th day of November, 1980, <br />at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. S~P-80-32 including all that property on <br />Belmont Lane from Ham1ine Avenue to Pascal Street by the <br />installation of storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, <br />bituminous paving, and necessary appurtenances. The fore- <br />going is all sUbstantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to pUblic <br />inspection in the office of theCity Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$122,380.91. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Belmont Lane <br />from Hamline Avenue to Pascal street <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
