<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />He1d~ October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Rosevi11e met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 27th day of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: One vacancy <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7059 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-18 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted July 14, 1980, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property on Arona Street from Lydia Avenue, north to <br />Brenner Avenue by the installation of bituminous surfacing, <br />concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances. The <br />Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report <br />the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to <br />whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report <br />and cost estimate have been sUbmitted and considered by the <br />Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file <br />in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed <br />to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is <br />designated as ~mprovement No. P-80-18. <br />
