<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-l8 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 20th day of November, 1980, <br />at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement NO. P-80-18 including all that property on Arona <br />Street from Lydia Avenue, north to Brenner Avenue by the <br />installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and <br />gutter, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection <br />in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$57,984.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Arona <br />Street from Lydia Avenue to Brenner <br />Avenue <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />Unprovement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Jame sF.
