<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />city of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 27th day of OctOber, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: One vacancy <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7060 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-80-22 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted July 14, 1980, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the <br />area bounded by a line 300 feet south of Millwood Avenue on the <br />south, Glenhill Road on the north, Snelling Avenue on the west, <br />and a line 400 feet east of Hamline Avenue on the east by the <br />installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances. The <br />PUblic Works Director was also directed to include in the report <br />the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted and considered by the council and <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Manager. The tmprovement proposed to be <br />made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated <br />as Improvement No. S'1'-80-22. <br />
