ST-80-22 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, 1'1INNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Roseville, Hinnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 20th ocy of November, 1980, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public pE':',":'jxing p1..1.r51l"3.:l.t to Hinnezota Stdt.Ut'::5, Chapter 429, as ameno,.:d, on proposed Impro~em8nt No. ST-BO-22 including all that property in the area bounded by a line 300 foet south of r.'lilh\T()od Avenue on the south, Glenhill Road on the nOTt.h, Snelling Av~nue on the west, and a line 400 feet east of Hamline llvenue on the east by the installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a prelimi- nary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Hanager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $179,880.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- ment shall be the following: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 23, Block 1, Roseville Terrace Plat 1; thence Easterly along the North line of said lot to the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1 of said plat; thence Southerly along the West line of said Lot 1 to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence Easterly along the South line of said Lot 1 extended to the center of Asbury Street; thence Southerly along said center- line 15 feet, Bore or Less, to a point, said point being the extended South line of Lot 24, Block 2 of said Plat 1; thence Easterly along the South line of said Lot 24 to the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 2 of said Plat 1; thence Southerly to the Southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence Easterly along the South line of said Lot 2 extended to the centerline of Arona Street; thence Northerly along said centerline 75 feet, Hore or Less, to the extended South line of Lot 1, Block 3 of said Plat 1; thence Easterly along the South line of said Lot 1 to the West line of Lot 2, Block 4, Roseville Terrace Plat 2; thence Northerly along the West line of said Lot 2 to the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4 of said Plat 2; thence Southeasterly along the extended South line of said Lot 1, Block 4 to the centerline of Simpson Street; thence Northerly along said centerline to the South Right-of-Way line of Lydia Avenue; thence Easterly along said South Right-of-Way line to the North- west corner of Lot 1, Block 5 of said Plat 2;
