<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Rosevil1e met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 27th day of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'c1ock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Franke <br /> <br />and the fo11~~ing were absent: One vacancy <br /> <br />councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />(~ 706! <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-29 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevi11e as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted September 8, 1980, the Council has <br />directed the City PUblic Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property on Lydia Avenue from Ham1ine Avenue to Snelling <br />Avenue by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bit- <br />uminous paving, drainage, bike path, and necessary appurtenances. <br />The PUblic Works Director was also directed to include in the <br />report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to <br />whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some otm r improvement. The preliminary report <br />and cost estimate have been sUbmitted and considered by the <br />Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file <br />in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed <br />to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is <br />designated as Improvement No. P-80-29. <br />
