<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-29 <br />CI'lY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Rosevi11e, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 20th day of November, 1980, <br />at 7:00 o*c1ock p.m., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-80-29 including all that property on Lydia <br />Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Snelling Avenue by the instal- <br />lation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, drain- <br />age, bike path, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing <br />is all sUbstantially in accordance with a preliminary engin- <br />eering report which is now on file and open to pUblic inspection <br />in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$264,687.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Lydia Avenue <br />from Hamline Avenue to Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />sta ted above. <br /> <br />Dated: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
