<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVElYlENT ~lO. P-80-23 <br />CIT'i OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 20th day of November, 1980, <br />at 7~00 o'clock p.m., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-80-23 inCluding all that property on Patton <br />Road from Millwood street northerly to Stanbridge Street by <br />the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter <br />and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substant- <br />ially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which <br />is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of <br />the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$56,222.00 The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Patton Road <br />between Millwood Street and Stanbridge <br />Street <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: October 27, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
