By resolution ado~ted August 25, 1980, the Council has <br />directed the City PUblic Works Director to ~rel?are a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a oroposed irrproveroent including <br />all that property on Irene Street frorr Rose Place to Oakcrest <br />Avenue and Rose 1?lace from Irene Street to Cohansey Street by <br />the installation of storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, <br />bituminous l?aving and necessary appurtenances. The PUblic Works <br />Director was also direc~ed to include in the report the estimated <br />cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improve- <br />ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate <br />have been submitted and considered by the Council and are <br />hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office <br />of the city Man~ger. The improvement proposed to be made in <br />the general manner set forth in the report is designated as <br />Improvement No. ST-P-80-2B. <br />
