interaction and input at the Public Hearing level, followed by time to process and incorporate <br />responses received writing by the consultant before the end of 2010. <br />Further discussion included the $50,000 earmarked to the cost for this next generation update, <br />and current municipal bids coming in at approximately twenty percent (20 under estimates. <br />2011 Timeline for developing Third Generation Watershed Management Work Plan for <br />GLWMO <br />Chair Ferrington presented a timeline for developing a Third Generation Watershed Management <br />Plan for the GLWMO, with members offering appreciation for his work. <br />City of Roseville Appointment Update <br />Mr. Schwartz provided a review of the three (3) candidates for the GLWMO Board vacancy, and <br />the appointment by the Roseville City Council of Ms. Mary Kaye Von De Linde, who resides <br />directly across the street from Lake Owasso in Roseville. Mr. Schwartz reviewed Ms. Von De <br />Linde's credentials, and apologized for her inability to attend this first meeting so soon after her <br />appointment, due to a scheduling conflict. <br />Chair Ferrington asked that Mr. Schwartz express the Board's appreciation to the Roseville City <br />Council for their quick action on a new Board member. <br />As an information item, Member Eckman advised members of her recent educational activities <br />with grade school children about groundwater, through a tour of the rain garden installed at Fire <br />Station #4 at Victoria Street and County Road E. <br />Adjourn <br />Chair Ferrington thanked members for their time and the productive discussion, and adjourned <br />the meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br />10 <br />
