City of Roseville Appointment Update Mr. Schwartz provided a review of the three (3) candidates for the GLWMO Board vacancy, and the appointment by the Roseville City Council of Ms. Mary Kaye Von De Linde, who resides directly across the street from Lake Owasso in Roseville. Mr. Schwartz reviewed Ms. Von De Linde's credentials, and apologized for her inability to attend this first meeting so soon after her appointment, due to a scheduling conflict. Chair Ferrington asked that Mr. Schwartz express the Board's appreciation to the Roseville City Council for their quick action on a new Board member. As an information item, Member Eckman advised members of her recent educational activities with grade school children about groundwater, through a tour of the rain garden installed at Fire Station #4 at Victoria Street and County Road E.
