<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 10th day <br />of November, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: r,1ayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke and Kehr: and the following were <br /> <br />absent: One Vacancy. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7066 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEr.mNT NO. P-80-34 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Roseville, on Clarmar Avenue from Snelling Frontage <br /> <br />Road to Hamline Avenue by the construction of concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter, bituminous paving and miscellaneous appurtenances, <br />filed with the Council on November 10, 1980, is hereby declared <br />to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOt~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the esti- <br />mated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />
