Page 2, 1 Bullet Point <br />Separate out the last two (2) sentences of the first bullet point as a separate bullet <br />Page 2, Correction of the date for receipt of the GLWMO 3 Generation Plan <br />Proposal Length/Ancillary Material/Types of Copies to be Submitted <br />Proposals will be limited to twelve (12) pages. <br />"Ancillary material must be included in appendices and will not count toward the <br />twelve (12) page limit for the proposal." <br />Each proposer will provide ten (10) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in PDF <br />format, to be delivered to the official GLWMO address. <br />Page 3, Groundwater Contamination New Bullet Point #5 <br />"The Plan will provide an updated and proactive vision for groundwater development <br />plans at local and state levels." <br />Motion (as revised) <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Chair Ferrington thanked members for their valuable d <br />lengthy process. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Develop and Approve Mechanism for Dissemination of RFP AND <br />Assemble List of Prospective Contractors for Dissemination of RFP <br />Chair Ferrington provided as bench handouts, attached hereto and made a part thereof a <br />proposed timeline for developing the 3` Generation Watershed Management Plan for the <br />GLWMO; and a list of proposed firms for circulation of the RFP. <br />Discussion included the timeline and revisions needed following tonight's discussion, with Chair <br />Ferrington volunteering to e -mail updated timelines to Members; firms listed, their <br />qualifications, and additional firms to consider to achieve a good response; and whether to <br />restrict dissemination. <br />Mr. Maloney noted that, when the 2 Generation Plan was done, the Board short- listed the <br />number of firms based on the firm's capabilities and Board judgments. <br />Chair Ferrington provided a short list of 10 firms, including of the names of the four (4) firms <br />having expressed interest already.
